11.11am, Having brunch with Mum and Dad. We went to Satellite (which Dad thought was a bit oppressive, but Mum liked the food!) and then waited for it to stop raining.
Newtown Festival was on today, and we were umming and aahing about going, and I'm so glad we decided to! It was fab! We wandered around the markets, ate some food, tried some wine, made a smoothie by pedalling a bike and then met Pip, Jo and the kids who came to join us when they got back from the Blue Mountains. Pip loved the stalls, the kids loved the park, and we all loved sitting listening to the live bands, eating churros and drinking lemonade.
When the Pyrahs left to go to their new city centre hotel, Mum and Dad came back to ours and we stayed up too late drinking wine and playing Trivial Pursuit (Mum and I won, controversially!).
