11.11am, Arriving (late) to a physio appointment. I wasn’t supposed to have one but after yesterday’s weird ACL news, I went in with my friend Lara this morning to talk over a few options. We actually ended up having the best time and laughing so much. We then went for a little swim at Redleaf Beach, and it was so hot and stunningly beautiful. Then, the afternoon brought: A PARTY! It was the boys’ joint 40th party, and they’d hired an awesome space at a warehouse, and got some beautiful vegan catering in! The party was so much fun; kind of like a wedding with lots of people we hadn’t seen for ages (including lots of Andy’s family) and we just drank and partied and ate and chatted and danced. At about 1am, we all went to someone’s house party, and danced a whole lot more in fancy dress. Such an epic day and night.
