11.11pm, At home after the Race for Life. I was sitting on the couch feeling a bit emotional actually. Its a fab event, and you’re always reminded of how many people are running in celebration or memory of loved ones. I was so lucky enough to be running it with my sister Pippa, Jess and Mum, who had her own battle with cancer when I was 16. It was an amazing race, so fun and lovely, and I was sooooo happy to be doing it with this crew. Afterwards we went for a cider in the Dock, and they bought us a round of drinks!
