11.11am, Having a smoothie. I was in total bliss. The sun was out, hot and swing, and I had done lots of exercise on the beach (including dune runs!) with my lovely friend Kate, and was sitting relaxing with avocado and toast and fresh smoothie, overlooking the beach. I was so happy.
I went home, had a nap, then went out to Sennen and read my book while Andy surfed, then went to see Ruth in the eve. Perfecto.
