11.11pm, Chatting. Phil, Kara and their friend Matthias came over for dinner and as three-sevenths of our party were veggies, I made a big veggie quinoa dish. As well as chick peas, coriander, olives and halloumi, it also had 11 vegetables in it:
Zucchini
Red capsicum
Green capsicum
Cherry tomato
Leek
Onion
Garlic
Mushroom
Spinach
Asparagus
Sweet potato
So yummy!
