11.11am, No idea. Let's say lying on the couch, that's a safe bet. This afternoon Ducky came around and brought me a care package of amazing goodies, including candles, tea, chocolate, a bracelet, and googled a whole lot of healing affirmations for me, settling on this one:
"All of my cells know what to do in order to heal. Every single one of my cells is filled with wellness, health and vitality. I am the picture of positive health and wellbeing."
I mean, I'm not yet, but maybe soon!
