11.11am, I'm going to guess probably napping. All of this week is something of a blur of napping, taking painkillers, being in pain, taking more painkillers. I went to physio this afternoon, which was actually amazing, as I felt like I was doing something to help this giant cement block that is pretending to be my leg. In the evening I went to watch the grand final of the Oztag – F45 had four teams all playing finals (different grades)... sadly only one team won out of the four we were cheering for. But it was ace to see everyone, even if it did make my leg swell up like a balloon!
