11.11am, Getting back from a run with Pippa (I missed our run club one yesterday) and getting ready for a walk out to Nanjizal. To get there, you walk down a public footpath, through a field of ponies (very scary bitey ponies! I'm not a horse lover) and then down the cliffs onto a really stunning beach. It's just rocks really, not sand, but it has a wicked hole in the cliff, and a lagoon you can swim in (maybe in summer).
