What a day! Today is Pancake Day, so I ate amazing pancakes for my brekkie (I followed the recipe to make four, and then ate them all, with yoghurt and honey). And then, as it's also St Piran's Day – the patron saint of Cornwall – Andy and I also made pasties in the evening. What a great day for eating!
