11.11am, On the beach at Rose Bay. I got up early this morning and got the train to Sydney, where I had a physio appointment with the lovely Sam. Afterwards I had a couple of hours having a coffee and pastry on the beach, then met my friend Gaz and went on a boat party for the day! Seriously surreal and incredibly beautiful, and fun! Then I met some of my besties for some wines in Elizabeth Bay, before going to the F45 Christmas Party. I surprised everyone and it was SO FUN - I love surprises and I love these people. xx
