Current location: Penzance
11.11am, Finishing up at at the gym, where I cycled for an hour. In the afternoon I went to Perranuthnoe with Lily, Kate and Helen, and their sons, we had coffee and cake and a walk on the gorgeous beach. The late afternoon was spent at Jack's house, drinking tea and having a big old catch-up, then in the evening I sorted out all my clothes, Marie Kondo-Style.
