11.11am, In the gym. Afterwards I went to the dentist, then home for a yummy lunch, followed by chocolate, some tv and some life admin; it was a lively afternoon. It's Andy's birthday today (he's still in Australia) so Mum, Dad and I went out for some drinks at The Bath Inn, in honour of him.
