11.11am, At the gym. I went and did a very long bike session and then went home and headed to Lily's for the afternoon. The car wouldn't start (I jump-started it myself!) so then I had to leave it at ours while we went for a walk. Luckily she lives in a nice quiet area and nobody wanted to pinch it. In the evening I went to watch Wales beat France at rugby (in the pub with Mum and Dad)!
