11.11am, Walking with Nicky, Lorna and Ralph. We met at Tehidy Woods and had a muddy, sunny walk, catching up and having a great time racing and laughing with her very cute children (who fell in many puddles). In the afternoon, Andy and I headed over to Nanquidno and had a gorgeous sunny walk and talk on the cliff paths, before I came home, did some freelance work and drank a cocktail.
