11.11am, About to get on a flight back to Newquay. Flying has been so good as a way to get to London, I highly recommend it! This morning I went for a run with my sister, then headed off to the airport, where Andy met me at the other end. We drove to Poldhu and watched the murmurations (Andy's new obsession) and were joined by our gorgeous friends the Muirs.
