11.11am, Off to Marazion. Kate and I went for a run this morning, then later we all hopped on our bikes for a cycle along the new cycle path, then rewarded ourselves with pasties (I may have eaten others’ leftover pasties as well as my own). Then we hung on the beach, had a swim and headed back to Mum and Dad’s for an evening barbecue.
