11.11am, At the gym in the hotel. After a yummy brekkie and gym sesh we went for a walk through Hyde Park, then to see Kes at the Tate Modern. I went for a haircut, then Andy and I met my sister at hers in Balham, and had fun hang time with the kids, and a lovely evening with Kate and Jim.
