11.11am, Running with Mitch. Today I tried some sprints, and they were tiring but great! It's Val's birthday, so we had brekkie together, then all went for lunch at Coast. It was a fun day, but then turned sad when we had to leave (we're staying at Nick and Bree's back in Sydney tonight) and say our goodbyes. I am so lucky to be part of this family now, and so sad I won't be seeing as much of them for a while. What a lovely last day.
