Thursday 9 February – Challenge is on!

Current location: Eveleigh
11.11am, Eating my AM snack. I have started a six-week challenge (officially it's an eight-week challenge, but my surgery is in six weeks), aimed at getting as strong and fit and healthy as I can pre-surgery. It means following a pretty strict meal plan, and the first two weeks means no coffee, alcohol, dairy or red meat. So far the coffee is proving the hardest!... Watch this space.
