11.11pm, Sleeping. Or potentially still washing up. I managed to make quite the mess cooking lasagne tonight, and as I couldn’t remember how to perfect a few elements of it – and I was on the phone to my friend Nicky – she talked me through it all. So the success of the lasagne was down to her (but the messiness and huge amount of washing up was all me).
