11.11am, Reading my book! This deserves an exclamation mark because it's the first time since we came on holiday that I've just sat down and read. We've had so many lovely friends to catch up with that we haven't wanted to 'waste time' not doing anything, but I have to admit that not doing anything this morning was lovely!
At about 3pm, we headed down to Little Creatures brewery, where the plan was to position ourselves for the afternoon in case anyone wanted to turn up and have a beer with us. Within an hour, heaps of our friends had arrived, and by 10pm, there was still a huge group of us! I've said it before and I'll say it again: what amazing friends we have! We had SO much fun, being silly, laughing, drinking, making Christmas plans, making life plans, marvelling at little babies, playing with kids, eating, introducing, and generally just loving life! Today summed up our holiday (and our friends) perfectly: hectic, hilarious and loving. x
