Current location: On the road
11.11am, In the car on the way down south. After a 6am start (quick trip to the beach for the sunrise and for Andy to take some photos), we decided to go down to Wollongong to visit some friends. I love a road trip, especially when I'm allowed to choose the music! We got down in time to meet Jase, his girlfriend Gen and their friend Stricko at the Stoke Factory, then we all went for a yummy lunch. The afternoon got a bit rainy then, and the boys went for a surf (Hoppo, who we haven't seen since Berlin, also joined them!) while Hoppo's girlfriend Alli and I sat in the car, chatted and ate cake!
As the afternoon turned into evening, and we weren't quite ready to head back up north yet, we decided to spend the evening with lovely Hoppo and the beautiful Alli. We went back to their house (dream house! It was amazing!), made a yummy carbonara dinner and sat around the table with red wine, chatting until the early hours. Such a lovely day from start to finish.
