11.11am, Sunbathing! Today was a super hot sunny day, pretty good for November! Just like yesterday, the boys got up and went surfing, and Ruth and I did a bit of balcony sunbathing, but then decided it was too hot to not be near the sea. So we walked down to the sea, and spent the next few hours reading, sunbathing, swimming and jumping off the pier. Stopping for a delicious fishy lunch, the boys came to join us and we then went back to sunbathing for the afternoon.
When the sun went down, we walked back up the hill and all made a lovely dinner together (well, Jack made it, we ate it) of chickpea and chorizo stew, then played poker on the balcony until the early hours. This is exactly what I wanted from this holiday: eat, drink, sleep, read, sunbathe, chat.
