Monday 5 March - Ooh aar, it's St Piran's Day again

11.11pm, Pasties! Washing up after pasties, actually. Today is St Piran's Day so, in spirit of all things Cornwall, we drank Cornish ale and ate Cornish food. After last year's success at making pasties, we decided to go one step better this year and make the whole thing from scratch (even the pastry). It took hours but they were SO tasty... I pretty much love Cornish pasties and love that I now knowhow to make them. Yum.
