Wednesday 8 June - Hanson fever

Current location: Somewhere near Aldwych. Maybe.
11.11pm, Walking around Central London, trying to find a bus stop, singing Hanson songs and laughing laughing laughing. Four of us (Ruth, Nicky, superfan Becky and I) had been to see Hanson in concert.

Yep. For the first time ever, I got to see them in concert, and they were fab. The queue to get in was pretty hilarious: lots of not-very-friendly girls/women who were all convinced they loved Hanson THE MOST. We drank a lot of wine in the queue, and were pretty excitable by the time they let us in. Weirdly, two of the Hanson sisters (Jessica and Zoe) were working the merchandise stand. And the boys didn't disappoint.

The music was ace, and we waited outside for ages to try and get an autograph, only to learn they'd already snuck away. It was such SUCH a funny night, we all couldn't stop laughing and being silly, so much so that it was almost coincidental that it was a Hanson gig we were at. (Almost, but not quite, because being at a Hanson concert was one of the highlights of my life). I feel fulfilled now that I have seen them but it has also fuelled my love (obsession) and now I want to see them again. Which is good, because they're touring again in November. Yippee!

Ok, until then, this may be the end of the Hanson-related blog posts... Four in one week is probably too much, after all.

Ps, Cool picture of Isaac (bottom photo), huh?!
