Saturday 4 December - The hostess with the mostess

11.11pm, At Emma's housewarming/mulled wine evening in Brentford. Her and Brodie have lived in their gorgeous home for a few months now but haven't celebrated it yet, so thought Christmas would be the perfect time to start the celebrations. We arrived to be greeted with mulled wine, mince pies, Emma in reindeer horns and a lot of people I hadn't seen in years.

Much hilarity followed, including various games featuring spoons, pans and cereal boxes, laughter, a burger, stolen Pringles, a flat air bed, some red bull, a split lip, Sam Kenward (shout out), Catdog my favourite bedmate, a bad man, Rocky, Maden's gossip and late-night chocolate eclairs.

We've known each other for over six years now and I am super lucky to have her in my life, even if she is a little over-familiar with tie-dye. Great party Em and Brodie, can't wait for the next one!
